Registration is straightforward. Head over to the Register page, fill in your basic details — name, mobile number, and preferred username — then set a secure password. Once you've confirmed your mobile number via OTP, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process usually takes less than two minutes.

You must be 21 years old or above to register and play on PH655. This applies to all games — slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo. Age verification may be required during KYC. Please play responsibly and within your personal budget.

No. Each player is only allowed one account on PH655. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the platform's terms and may result in account suspension. If you've lost access to your original account, visit the Login page and follow the account recovery steps, or reach out to support for assistance.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It's a standard identity verification process that helps protect your account and ensures withdrawals go to the right person. You'll typically need to submit a valid government-issued ID — like a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license. Completing KYC also makes future withdrawals faster since your identity is already on file.

After logging in, go to your account settings to update contact information, preferred language, or notification preferences. For security-sensitive changes like your registered mobile number or linked payment method, additional verification may be required to confirm it's really you making the change.
Deposits & Withdrawals

PH655 supports Philippine Peso (₱) transactions through local e-wallets like GCash and Maya, as well as online banking and bank transfers from major Philippine banks. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as wagering payment methods on this platform.

Most deposits reflect quickly after the transaction is confirmed on your payment method's end. E-wallet transfers via GCash or Maya are typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take a bit longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If your deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, keep your transaction reference number handy and contact support.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section of your dashboard. Select your preferred payout method — e-wallet or bank transfer — enter the amount in PHP, and submit the request. Completed KYC speeds up the process. Withdrawal timelines vary by method; e-wallet payouts are generally faster than bank transfers.

Minimum transaction amounts depend on the payment method selected. These details are shown on the deposit and withdrawal screens when you're logged in. Always check the current limits displayed in your account dashboard, as they may be updated from time to time.
